The GAIHN-HAI point prevalence survey (PPS) application is hosted on a secure system restricted solely to authorized users and may be monitored for administrative and security reasons.

User roles are defined so that only survey administrators assigned to a given facility maintain control of facility data with system-wide procedures ensuring that survey administrators have documented authorization from facility administration to perform their assigned role and are accountable for the use of data for intended purposes.
